What is it about my body that the government just can't stop fixating on it? Now, I admit, I am not obese, but...

Here in the above link, we see the RepubliCrats of the Mississippi Legislature to actually force a place of business to refuse service to obese people, per der governments definition of what "obese" actually is.
"AN ACT TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS FROM SERVING FOOD TO ANY PERSON WHO IS OBESE, BASED ON CRITERIA PRESCRIBED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT TO PREPARE WRITTEN MATERIALS THAT DESCRIBE AND EXPLAIN THE CRITERIA FOR DETERMING WHETHER A PERSON IS OBESE AND TO PROVIDE THOSE MATERIALS TO THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT TO MONITOR THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
Now color me silly, but when a government lets a felon walk because it suddenly can't remember what the definition of "is" is, how am I supposed to trust them about what "obese" is?
Excuse me, but what in the double bloody hell happened to a country that went to war to prevent tyranny? That country is lost. There are so many things wrong with this that my A.D.D. almost prevents a starting point!
1. Let's start with the most obvious problem: hunger. I am no doctor, but I have noticed that people of every weight class become hungry almost 3 times a day or more. Now, I don't know where the obese come off getting hungry while the skinny have a God given right to eat, but they ostentatiously do. When they get hungry, they should eat. Perhaps not as much, but that used to be their right, back when we were America.
2. What if the obese person is diabetic? Should he have to provide papers, ala Nazi Germany or the People’s Republic of the Soviet Union, in order to have enough sugar to not go into a coma?
3. Who is going to purchase and install the “Am I a Lard Ass” machines and place them in every food joint in MS? Will the government (you and I) purchase and train the slop shop how to use these fat detectors? Is your governor going to personally hand pinch every patron in your restaurant to see if there is more than an inch?
4. Where in the U.S. Constitution is there a “fat amendment” that gives the government the right to come into your bedroom and kick you out for eating crackers? Where is it in your state’s constitution? (answer: it isn’t… yet).
5. Who pays for the fat police? You do. Higher taxes and an increased police state are imminent to make something this stupid last.
6. Why bother with this when another government institution, the courts, will classify obesity as a disability and shut down the restaurant for discrimination? Typical of government to have one side spend time money and effort just to have another branch eliminate it. Welcome to bureaucracy Hell.
7. It is the shop owner who is punished through this asinine law. Not only does he have to keep more compliance records, but now he is mandated to offend customers and reduce his profits.
8. Move to China, for the love of God, if you need this kind of nanny government to control people.
9. This is what you get when you allow government health care. You allow that much power, this is how it gets abused. Next, they take a blood sample, and if you are likely to have heart problems, no salt on your table. If you have a cholesterol issue, then only 1 slice of turkey bacon and no real butter.
10. Let’s put a scarlet “O” tattoo on their fat forehead so that everyone will know they can’t be served!
11. Let’s put a permanent chip in their right hand or their forehead with their potential weight, let’s say, 666 lbs, so that they can’t cheat the system!
If you live in MS, please eliminate Republicans W. T. Mayhall, Jr. and John Read, and Democrat Bobby Shows from the government gene pool. These people belong in a gulag for what they are trying to do, and if you allow them to continue, then you deserve all the government your fat butt can stand, and a pox on your House.
This is my problem with supporting Mike Huckabee for president. I love that he would eliminate the IRS, but he is a born-again health fanatic, and his BMI fetish here in Arkansas is making me crazy about the government overstepping its boundaries. We had to fight a whole big civil war (yes, the Revolutionary War was a civil war, kiddoes) to get government off of our backs. Now, we are rolling over for them. I am ashamed of my country.
